Our technicians travel throughout the country every day and perform any technical assistance task, during or after the equipment warranty period, in our workshops or on-site, at the customer's own facilities, quickly and efficiently, always ensuring the continuity of the material and our products.
We have several types of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Contracts, in which the client can specifically define what they want in terms of material, parts, electronic boards, fuses, batteries, fans and associated labor, including the number of visits to be considered, required response time, guaranteed MTTR, desired schedule availability, etc.
